Physiotherapy

Whether your goal is rehabilitation from an injury, or disease and disability management, physiotherapy can help. We work with you to start the healing process, improve movement, and prevent future injury and disease.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology examines how the body moves and functions during various activities, ranging from simple tasks to complex athletic performance. Kinesiologists use their understanding of movement to assess, prevent, and rehabilitate injuries, as well as to optimize performance and promote overall health and well-being.

Occupational Therapy

Focuses on helping individuals achieve independence and meaningful engagement in their daily activities. Through personalized interventions, adaptive strategies, and skill development, we empower individuals to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Therapy is a hands-on technique that uses manual adjustments and spinal manipulation to treat problems of the bones, muscles, and joints. The main goal of an adjustment is to realign the bones and joints, which can help relieve pain and increase your body’s range of motion.

Concussion Management

Physiotherapy treatments can be used to assess and help improve issues with balance and coordination, along with a variety of symptoms that can occur after a concussion, including headaches, dizziness, fatigue, and neck pain. Our physiotherapists can also help by providing education on how to manage symptoms going forward to help you return to your pre-injury level of activity.
