Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that your schedule can be busy, so we’ve set our system to send you friendly reminders via text or e-mail up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Each appointment is one-on-one time we specifically allot for you. If you cannot make it, please let us know by calling 902-370-7322.

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice or no show, will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee

We are located at 175 Shakespeare Drive. To access the clinic, please enter the building through “Main Entrance” doors located in the back of the building. There is elevator access to reach the 2nd floor, we are suite 202.

Chair Yoga

MON / WED / FRI @ 10:30am

This class use a combination of seated and standing postures to help build strength, flexibility and balance through the body. The use of a chair makes many poses more accessible to those who have trouble with balance, are not comfortable getting down on the floor, or are not comfortable getting down on their knees.


Yin Yoga

MON @ 7:15pm A slower practice where we focus on the appropriate tension working with a cooler body, holding for time (3-5 mins) and seeking stillness in the body and mind. A great class to work on joints and fascia of the body while practicing concentration, mediation and mindfulness as we slow down our yoga practice. A great way to ease into the week! A slower practice where we focus on the appropriate tension working with a cooler body, holding for time (3-5 mins) and seeking stillness in the body and mind. A great class to work on joints and fascia of the body while practicing concentration, mediation and mindfulness as we slow down our yoga practice. A great way to ease into the week! Most of this class will be practiced on the mat in either seated, kneeling or supine postures.

WED @ 6:30pm A more active, traditional hatha yoga practice where we focus on alignment, breath with movement and work on balance. This class will help raise the heart rate slowly, warming up the muscles safely while also getting to lengthen them. A more active, traditional hatha yoga practice where we focus on alignment, breath with movement and work on balance. This class will help raise the heart rate slowly, warming up the muscles safely while also getting to lengthen them. You will move through a standing series then onto the mat for back/core work and finally some relaxing stretches before savasana. Great way to move and let go of mid-week stagnant energy that may be weighing you down!


Hip & Knee Wellness

A therapeutic exercise program that will help those struggling with hip and knee pain caused by, arthritis, joint replacements, or de-conditioning.


Upper Body Wellness

THU @ 5:00pm

Are you stuck at a desk most of your day? Starting to notice aches and pains in the neck and shoulders? This six-week program was built to tackle all of your postural issues including neck pain, shoulder pain, stiffness and more! Join us Thursday evenings to build strength, mobility and learn the tools you need to take care of your posture for a healthy happy spine!

Sarah graduated from Dalhousie University with her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy in 2021 and prior to that, completed a Bachelor in Science of Kinesiology in 2019.

Sarah is originally from New Brunswick, however, has been working in Newfoundland for the past year and half. She began her career in the acute care setting working with the orthopedic population following joint replacements and then decided to continue her journey as Physiotherapist working in private practice.

Sarah has experience working with people of all ages and has a strong interest in working with the geriatric population to promote physical activity and well being for senior’s in the community. She also has experience working with people following athletic injuries, people experiencing chronic lower back pain, and health promotion surrounding physical activity.

When Sarah is not working with people at the clinic, you can find her riding her bike, going for runs on the confederation trail, or attending local yoga classes. She loves to spend time outdoors and is always looking for a new activity to learn.
