Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that your schedule can be busy, so we’ve set our system to send you friendly reminders via text or e-mail up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Each appointment is one-on-one time we specifically allot for you. If you cannot make it, please let us know by calling 902-370-7322.

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice or no show, will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee

Stratford Clients

We are located at 175 Shakespeare Drive. To access the clinic, please enter the building through “Main Entrance” doors located in the back of the building. There is elevator access to reach the 2nd floor, we are suite 202.

Jordyn Connell

Jordyn is an Islander, born and raised in Summerside, PEI. She completed her Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology at the University of Prince Edward Island in 2023 before heading to Fredericton to complete a degree in massage therapy at the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage, class of 2025.

She is passionate about alleviating pain, improving overall well-being, and helping people move and feel their best at all stages of life.

Jordyn is excited to start her career at Reactive Health and bring her skills and knowledge to the communities of West Royalty, Summerside, and the surrounding areas

Kris Lutwick Kin

Kris graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from UPEI and Diploma in Sport and Leisure (Kinesiology designation).

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. Specializing in Strength and Conditioning in athletes of all levels, Kris is very knowledgable and enthusiastic about his work.
