Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that your schedule can be busy, so we’ve set our system to send you friendly reminders via text or e-mail up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Each appointment is one-on-one time we specifically allot for you. If you cannot make it, please let us know by calling 902-370-7322.

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice or no show, will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee

Massage Therapy

Kinesiology

Kinesiologists use their understanding of movement to assess, prevent, and rehabilitate injuries, as well as to optimize performance and promote overall health and well-being.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractors work to diagnose, treat and prevent pain-related conditions related to the joints, muscles, tendons, and nerves. They use various treatments depending on your needs, including hands-on techniques or other modalities to relieve pain and improve range of motion and function.

Counselling Services

Counselling services offer a safe and confidential space for individuals to discuss their concerns. Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or personal growth, counsellors provide support, insight, and strategies to help navigate life's challenges and improve their mental health.

Justin Champion
(He/Him/His) RMT

Originally from Newfoundland, Justin moved to PEI to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. After finishing his degree he went on to Northumberland College in Halifax where he received his Diploma in Massage Therapy.

Justin uses his knowledge from both a Kinesiologist and an RMT perspective to help clients return to the activities they love.

Justin is a blue belt in Jiujitsu and likes to pack his spare time with training or doing strength and conditioning at the gym.

Seanna Collier

Seanna is an Islander, born and raised, and graduated UPEI in 2019 with a BA in Psychology and Diversity and Social Justice. She then pursued her Masters of Divinity, Clinical Counselling focus and graduated in 2023.

Seanna provides compassionate and evidence-based interventions to help clients navigate their situations and reshape their stories. She has experience working with individuals, as well as family counselling, child and youth counselling, and play therapy.

Seanna is experienced in treating; ⁃ anxiety ⁃ depression ⁃ stress management ⁃ trauma ⁃ grief and loss ⁃ self-esteem issues

Kris graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from UPEI and Diploma in Sport and Leisure (Kinesiology designation).
